Centralized Interview for Bank Jobs after Clearing IBPS Written Exam


Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a government of India recognized institute. IBPS discussed with the Indian finance minister that aspirants those who will be clear out the IBPS common written exam (CWE) need to only one interview to land a bank jobs in India. A final merit list will be declared and aspirants can choose any bank as per merit. It is procedure will be conducts for all those aspirants who cleared the common written exam of IBPS but not called for an interview.

Now common interview helps in all public sector banks and reduce the time in the complete selection process for each bank. In every fiscal India’s bank needs around 10,000 and equal number of probationary officer. IBPS conducts the CWE exam (IBPS Exam Preparation Video) for clerk and probationary officer in 19 public sector banks. IBPS is looking to increase the educational qualification criteria for clerical and probationary officer post. Aspirants will be required graduate degree from any recognized university with minimum 55% of marks in any relevant discipline for applying to clerk and PO posts in banks.
